ShihTzuShoppen is a small and very serious webshop.
Our aim is not just to sell.
We aim to have satisfied customers, both dogs and humans and
to give good advise, guidance, instruction and service,
so that our customers get the right items and in the right sizes
when ordering.
All items in our webshop fit the Shih Tzu, but they also fit many other
dog breeds, so even if you have an other dog breed, check out
our webshop - and remember, any questions you might have,
just send us a message asking.

When you order clothes, we need your dogs
chest measurement (measured around his/her chest just right
behind his/her front legs)
and his/her back lenght (measured from neck to the root of the tail),
to find the right size for your dog.
And for your invoice we need your name and address.
How to pay:
You recieve your invoice by email and you pay by online banking
by bank transfer. As soon as we recieve your payment, we ship
your order. You recieve your delivery note by email, when we ship
your order.

Shipping:
We ship world wide using Post Nord.
We ship at ordinary post shipping cost. If you want quick shipping
at qick shipping cost, let us know and we will adjust it on your invoice.
(Ex. Ordinary shipping: DKR: 50. Quick shipping: DKR 96.)

Exchange, return and warranty:
Send us an email to shihtzushoppen@gmail.com explaining the cause of exchange/return/warranty.
From recieving your order you have 14 days to exchange, return and warranty.
To exchange your order or an item from your order:
All items must be complete in new unused condition with all labels attached and in intact original packaging and also include a prepaid return shipping packaging for your exchanged item/items .
All items must be shipped by Post Nord. All shipping is at buyer´s own risk.

To return your order or and item from your order and to get your money refunded:

Why we choose not have a "click & buy" webshop webside:
We used to have a "click & buy" webside, but many of our customers
often bought the wrong sizes when buying clothes for their dogs,
many dog owners buy dog clothes too small, so therefore have we
chosen to make this webside instead and have all orders go
through email, so we can advise our customers so much better.

Below each dog clothes item´s size chart and below each non-clothes item
you find the "In stock right now" stating, what we right now at this moment have in stock.
Special Orders:
When you find something, which we don´t have in stock right now, but still
want to buy, we can place a Special Order just for you at our suppliers and order it home for you, so you don´t have to wait for it to
come in stock. A Sspecial Personal order does not cost extra.
Please note Special orders are non refundable and can only be exchanged, if we have the right size in stock regardless of colour.

Yes, all our dog clothes can be washed in a washing machine on
a gentle wool washing program, 30 degrees at about 30 speed
of rotation.
*Use a small amount of ordinary detergent for coloured clothes.
*Do not use detergent for outdoor clothes.
*Do not use fabric softener.
*Velcro: Close all velcros before putting the dog clothes in the washing
machine (close the coat/suit as if the dog was wearing the coat/suit).
*Zipper, Buttoms and Snaps: Let the zipper / buttoms / snaps be open, when you wash the dog clothes in your washing machine.
*Let the dog clothes air dry.

Yes, the dog, both boys and girls can use the bath room
when wearing our dog clothes.
